Passionate Coach, Experienced Educator, and Wellness Advocate

I’m Mourad El Bouich, a personal trainer, registered yoga teacher, and former PE educator with a lifelong passion for movement, strength, and well-being. With over 20 years of experience teaching physical education and 6+ years as a personal trainer, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people transform their bodies and minds through functional movement, strength training, and mindful practices.

My Journey

My love for fitness and movement started early, leading me to a career where I could educate, inspire, and empower others. As a PE teacher for two decades, I worked with students of all levels, helping them develop a strong foundation in movement, discipline, and confidence. Transitioning into personal training and yoga instruction was a natural step—one that allowed me to dive deeper into individualized coaching and holistic wellness.

I studied yoga at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, expanding my expertise in mindful movement, breathwork, and flexibility training. My certifications also include:
